The US Government Treasury Secy, Mr.Geithner has stated that executives of banks needing “exceptional” aid from the Federal government will be ousted. He referred to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac chief executives who were ousted when the government stepped in to rescue the financial giants from the economic slowdown. The financial aid required for these companies is being reviewed.
